For delivery location within India

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over INR 1499 within India, charge a flat Shipping and Handling Fee of INR 100 for all orders below INR 1499

For International delivery location

For international orders, the shipping cost will be based on actuals. Please note, you may need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty will be at actuals, you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time you accept the order.

Our usual dispatch time is 3-5 business days (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days). Since some of our products are personalised or made-to-order, dispatch times can differ between products. For products with higher predicted dispatch times, we have updated the information on our Product page.

For every order, we will send all the ordered products at the same time. This practice helps us save excess packaging use and keep our and your carbon footprint lower. Hence, if you have ordered a product with a longer dispatch time, please take that as the expected dispatch time for all the products in your order.

Our delivery timelines are based on your location and the courier service.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns / Refunds Policy

All our products are made with an adherence to our quality standards and they pass through quality control checks before they are shipped out to you. Our products are natural, handmade, naturally dyed and artisan-made, which could lead to some colour and design variations- these shouldn’t be viewed as defects, rather as the individuality of that piece.

RETURNS:

There are 2 cases in which we would accept a return request:

An incorrect product has been shipped to you
The product is unusable or otherwise damaged in transit If you need to raise a return request for either of these 2 reasons, please email us on support@littlelotuss.com the subject line “Return request (Order Number)” and we will get back to you in 3 business days. Your email should include the reason for return as well as the relevant images of the issue (images of the products will need to be in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact). Once our team investigates and confirms the return is valid, you will need to ship your order back to our office in Bangalore.We do not offer refunds for any orders. After we receive the product return with all tags attached, we will offer you the option to exchange the returned product or collect a Gift Card. The Gift Card will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. We will not be including delivery charges as part of the Gift Card amount.
EXCHANGES:

If you need to raise an exchange request for a product you have received, please email us on info@littlelotuss.com with the subject line “Exchange request (Order Number)” and we will get back to you in 3 business days. Your email should include the reason for exchange as well as the relevant images of the issue (images of the products will need to be in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact). Once our team investigates and confirms the exchange is valid, you will need to ship your order back to our office in Bangalore.
The team will also confirm if there is a price difference for any of the new products you are requesting and will share payment details accordingly. All products that need be exchanged in a particular order need to be shipped back to us at the same time.
We do not offer refunds for any orders. After we receive the product with all tags attached, we will offer you the option to exchange the product or collect a Gift Card. The Gift Card will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue. We will not be including delivery charges as part of the Gift Card amount.
